Desired Qualifications

• Standard Arizona Secondary Teaching License (required)
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Card (required)
• Demonstrated experience teaching English (ELA: Reading, Writing, and Comprehension)
• Strong background in general education settings and familiarity with co-teaching models
• SPED licensure preferred
• Proximity to the school site and flexibility to work onsite (remote/virtual work is not an option)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills

Role Responsibilities

• Co-teach in designated English classes, coordinating lesson plans and instructional activities
• Provide targeted support to students in all aspects of English language arts
• Collaborate with general education and special education staff to adapt and differentiate instruction
