LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional, patient-focused care within our Healthcare & Medical Services division. The LPN will be responsible for delivering direct bedside care, administering medications, executing treatments, and closely monitoring and documenting patient conditions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating effectively with Registered Nurses (RNs), physicians, therapists, and family members.
• Supporting and implementing care plans.
• Participating in interdisciplinary rounds to enhance patient care.
• Educating patients and their caregivers on health management.
