Job Description

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Valid and active state licensure (or eligibility).
- Experience in school-based settings preferred, especially with PreK through 5th grade.
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and compliance.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students from preschool through 5th grade.
- Assess, identify, and document student needs through comprehensive evaluations.
- Write, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Lead and facilitate IEP meetings, working collaboratively with staff and families.
- Monitor progress and adapt interventions based on student growth.
- Maintain detailed and timely records in accordance with district and state guidelines.
- Offer consultation and support to teachers and families to promote student success.
