Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting local schools as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the San Juan Capistrano area. This on-site assignment spans both preschool and middle school environments, providing critical services during a leave of absence. Position Details:

• Full-time commitment, five days per week
• Assignments split between a preschool and a middle school, both within San Juan Capistrano
• Start in mid-October, with a duration tentatively through December (exact dates to be confirmed)
• Engage with a diverse caseload across two age groups: early childhood and adolescent learners

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP license
• Prior experience working in schools, especially with preschool and middle school-aged students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passionate about making an impact within educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech and language needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy sessions in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff
• Document progress, provide updates, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Adapt approaches as needed based on student progress and feedback
