Job Description
Embark on an impactful contract opportunity supporting young learners at a bustling daycare center near Jacksonville, AR. This assignment offers the chance to make a meaningful difference, working with a caseload of 36-40 students in a collaborative and engaging onsite setting from now through late May 2027.
Ideal candidates will bring expertise in school-based speech-language pathology, with confidence working with diverse pediatric populations. New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply and will be considered alongside seasoned SLPs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SLP license for the state of Arkansas
- SLP-CCC or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience in a school, daycare, or pediatric setting highly valued
- Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Skilled in a variety of assessment and intervention techniques for children
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 36-40 students at a daycare center
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate closely with educators and families to support student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all school, state, and federal guidelines
