What We’re Seeking:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with active credentials for the state of Minnesota
  • Previous experience in a school-based OT role is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of relevant assessments, IEPs, and individualized intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, staff, and families
  • Commitment to supporting students from diverse backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to students’ educational needs
  • Conduct thorough assessments and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Deliver direct, consultative, and collaborative services as needed
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions for optimal student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records according to state and district guidelines
  • Provide recommendations for classroom accommodations and adaptive strategies
  • Work with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student participation
  • No COTAs are involved in this position; independent OT practitioners only
