Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy licensure
  • Proven experience in pediatric or school-based Occupational Therapy
  • Strong collaborative skills, able to partner with educators, families, and support staff
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working with diverse student populations across K-8 age groups

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
  • Develop and implement IEP-driven interventions tailored to each student’s unique needs
  • Perform comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and consult with multidisciplinary teams
  • Educate school staff and families about interventions, progress, and best practices
