We're looking for a highly organized and ambitious HR Intern who is a self-starter with excellent communication skills. If you would like to develop your career in human resources with an emphasis on recruitment, culture, and engagement this internship will be a great opportunity for you! Our HR Intern works directly with our HR Manager and HR Generalist on various ongoing initiatives, events, and programs.

What You'll Do As an HR Intern

  • Partner with the HR team to execute ongoing projects that impact our plant and our employees
    • \n
  • Assist with employee engagement activities/resources
    • \n
  • Research/collect data for various HR initiatives and special projects as related to employee engagement and diversity and inclusion
    • \n
  • Assist with actively recruiting for our open positions
    • \n
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

\n The range of pay for this role is $19 to $22 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 0 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Companys 401(k) plan. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.\n

\n This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
