\nProspects are responsible for taking precautions for building space by completing the following sanitation tasks to ensure a clean and healthy working environment.\n
\n
\nEssential Job Functions:\n
\n
\n* Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.\n
\n* Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors as required.\n
\n* Resupply any paper products needed in designated receptacles (Paper towels, toilet paper, etc.)\n
\n* Collect and dispose of all trash in receptacles in assigned areas.\n
\n* Maintain compliance with all company policies and established procedures.\n
\n* Maintain company standards and programs for safety and security.\n
\n* Maintain productivity levels at or above company standards with minimal supervision.\n
\n* Treat all co-workers with fairness, dignity, and respect.\n
\n* Maintain good communication with your supervisor and other employees.\n
\n* Provide outstanding customer service.\n
\n* Communicate any needed supplies, repairs and/or maintenance work needed to your supervisor.\n
\n* Maintain a quality of performance of all specific duties and responsibilities assigned.\n
\n* Perform all other duties as assigned\n
\n
\nSkills/Experience:\n
\n
\n* Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.\n
\n* Must meet minimum age requirements.\n
\n* Integrity and ability to work independently or as a team.\n
\n* Housekeeping, cleaning, personal care aid, or janitorial experience preferred.\n
\n
\nPhysical Requirements:\n
\n
\n* Move or traverse through assigned work areas.\n
\n* Frequent reaching and lifting\n
\n* Frequent bending, kneeling and squatting.\n
\n* Ability to handle a variety of cleaning materials/substances.\n
\n* Lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally\n
\n
