Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure, in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- School-based SLP experience and familiarity with IEP processes
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication therapy for students
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in line with school and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer professional support to colleagues
