Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
  • SLP-CCC or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
  • Experience working in K-8 school settings advantageous
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide screening, assessment, and therapy for K-8 students with communication challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other support specialists
  • Maintain accurate progress notes, reports, and required documentation
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance school-based practice
