Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- SLP-CCC or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
- Experience working in K-8 school settings advantageous
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide screening, assessment, and therapy for K-8 students with communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other support specialists
- Maintain accurate progress notes, reports, and required documentation
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance school-based practice
