Job Description
Shift: 1st shift
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday / 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM / Mondays work as needed
Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Are you ready to take your manufacturing career to the next level? We're seeking a skilled Systems Operator to join our dynamic team and operate state-of-the-art machinery systems in our modern manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the operation of sophisticated production machinery systems
- Perform quality control testing using industry-standard methods
- Troubleshoot and maintain high-tech equipment
- Operate modern material handling equipment
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience
- Forklift/powered industrial truck experience
- Safety-conscious with strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Team player mentality
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 55 lbs. PPE provided.
