Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Experience working in school-based settings preferred
  • Ability to provide effective assessment, intervention, and documentation for K-12 students
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with staff, students, and families
  • Openness to providing supervision for Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) is appreciated

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy services within assigned classrooms
  • Complete evaluations, progress monitoring, and maintain timely documentation
  • Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to optimize student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and assist with development and implementation of communication goals
  • Supervise and mentor SLPA(s) as needed
