Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A healthcare facility specializing in rehabilitation care is seeking Clinical Pharmacists to support their dedicated team. This role focuses on providing expert pharmaceutical care primarily for patients receiving Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) and IV antibiotics within a rehab setting, without involvement in emergency or obstetrics departments.

Location:

  • Omaha, NE area (Papillion vicinity)
  • Two openings available

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • Saturday shifts from 8 AM to 4 PM
  • Rotating weekend coverage

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee medication therapy, with emphasis on TPN and IV antibiotics
  • Collaborate with the rehabilitation care team to optimize patient outcomes
  • Accurately interpret and enter medication orders into the Altera Sunrise system (training provided)
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and patient safety protocols
  • Participate in ongoing patient monitoring and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Active Nebraska Pharmacist License required
  • Strong clinical pharmacy skills, with ability to adapt quickly in a specialized rehab environment
  • Experience or willingness to learn the Altera Sunrise system
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary rehab team
