The opportunity is tailored for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists ready to make an impact while working a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 35 hours per week.
You will work with a diverse K-12 student population, targeting communication, language, and speech development in a collaborative school setting. Your background in school-based or pediatric SLP, whether you’re experienced or completing your clinical fellowship year, will set the stage for meaningful growth for both you and your students.
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP license required
- Experience or training in school, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings encouraged
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) and CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidates welcome
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Commitment to supporting a wide range of student needs across grade levels
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech-language and communication disorders for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and other specialists to foster student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in team meetings as required
- Engage in professional development and stay current on best practices for school-based therapy
