Qualifications & Skills:

  • Current, valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Experience working in schools or similar pediatric environments preferred
  • Strong knowledge of developing and implementing IEPs
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for K-12 students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapy
  • Track and document student progress, ensuring compliance with all regulations
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings, supporting the educational team
  • Consult with teachers and staff to support classroom integration of strategies
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
