Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Master’s (or higher) degree in School Psychology or a closely related field
• Prior experience with high school-aged students is preferred
• Strong understanding of adolescent development, learning differences, and behavioral interventions
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and parents
• Ability to administer and interpret psychological evaluations and assessments

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for high school students
• Develop and help implement behavior intervention plans and social-emotional support programs
• Provide direct counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services
• Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with all relevant regulations
• Collaborate with educational teams to design and monitor individualized student supports
• Serve as a resource to school staff and families regarding mental health and wellness
