Occupational Therapist School Setting - Rosemount, MN

This role focuses on delivering high-quality therapeutic services within a school setting and collaborating closely with educators and families.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience or strong interest in providing OT services in schools
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and interventions
• Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Open only to OTs; COTAs will not be considered for this position

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students as determined by IEPs
• Observe classroom environments and recommend meaningful adaptations to support access to learning
• Complete thorough evaluations and ongoing assessments to track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to maximize student outcomes
• Document services provided and maintain detailed records in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input regarding student needs and progress
