Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Previous experience working in school settings, preferably with diverse student populations
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data-driven intervention
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior plans, and provide staff training
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Flexible, adaptive, and eager to collaborate with educators, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and create evidence-based intervention plans
- Provide direct and consultative support to students, teachers, and support staff
- Train school personnel in implementing behavior support strategies and interventions
- Analyze data, track student progress, and adjust interventions as needed to support growth
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and provide input for IEP development
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student achievement and well-being
