Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active and current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Previous experience working in school settings, preferably with diverse student populations
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data-driven intervention
  • Ability to conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior plans, and provide staff training
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Flexible, adaptive, and eager to collaborate with educators, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and create evidence-based intervention plans
  • Provide direct and consultative support to students, teachers, and support staff
  • Train school personnel in implementing behavior support strategies and interventions
  • Analyze data, track student progress, and adjust interventions as needed to support growth
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and provide input for IEP development
  • Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student achievement and well-being
