Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Minnesota SLP license
- Eligible for or holding Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Background in school-based and pediatric speech-language pathology
- Experience with elementary-age students is highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to engaging students in both individual and small group settings
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for elementary students
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapeutic services in small groups and one-on-one formats to foster student growth
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing insights and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure holistic support for every student
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in line with district and state requirements
