Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Minnesota SLP license
  • Eligible for or holding Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Background in school-based and pediatric speech-language pathology
  • Experience with elementary-age students is highly valued
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to engaging students in both individual and small group settings

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for elementary students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver therapeutic services in small groups and one-on-one formats to foster student growth
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing insights and progress reports
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure holistic support for every student
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in line with district and state requirements
