Occupational Therapist (OT) – Multi-Site School Position

Location: Lancaster, SC and Kershaw, SC
School Year: 2026–2027

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, school-based contract position serving multiple school sites in Lancaster and Kershaw, South Carolina.

This opportunity offers the chance to work across multiple school settings while helping students develop the skills needed to succeed both academically and functionally. The OT will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth and independence throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and direct therapy services to students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, self-help, and classroom participation skills

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Occupational Therapist license required
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or higher from an accredited program required
• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Employment Details

Full-Time: 35–37.5 hours per week
School Sites: Multiple school locations in Lancaster, SC and Kershaw, SC
Assignment Dates: July 27, 2026 – May 28, 2027
Work Setting: Onsite
School Year: Full 2026–2027 school year
