Caregivers

We are looking for a married Couple to take care of 2 seniors for cooking and cleaning.

Free room and board, all utilities paid. Preferably bi-lingual in spanish. Pay will be determined by experience and comfortability after interviewing. Open to negotiation

Candidates must be able to do the following:

• Tending to clients social and emotional needs by joining them in activities and providing companionship
• Supporting mobility (helping with walking, transfers or using mobility aids)
• Taking clients to their medical appointments or personal errands
• Managing medications to ensure clients take doses as prescribed
• Preparing meals, doing laundry and performing light housework
• Assisting with daily living tasks, such as dressing, toileting, bathing, grooming and eating
• Identifying and addressing safety issues in the home or facility
• Keeping accurate records of care provided
• Communicating with medical professionals about client care plans
• Talking, reading, and doing hobbies together
• Offering emotional support and reassurance
• Communicating care updates with family members
