Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license for the state
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
• Experience in pediatric, healthcare, and school-based settings preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication skills
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students needing support
• Deliver evidence-based therapy in both group and individual settings
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
• Participate in IEP and staff meetings as required
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field
