Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Experience in pediatric, healthcare, and school-based settings preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication skills
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students needing support
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in both group and individual settings
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
- Participate in IEP and staff meetings as required
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field
