Exciting opportunity available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-8 students with a variety of speech and fluency needs. Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC certification
- Previous experience working in a school environment strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of K-8 developmental stages and speech/fluency interventions
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and general education teachers
- Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience with or openness to virtual service delivery methods is a plus
Principal Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and fluency therapy to a K-8 caseload within general education
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans to address students’ speech-language needs
- Deliver services primarily onsite, with openness to virtual models if needed
- Consult with teachers and staff to support student progress and integrate strategies in the classroom
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and communication with families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
