School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Norwich, New York

Exciting opportunity available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-8 students with a variety of speech and fluency needs. Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP-CCC certification
• Previous experience working in a school environment strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of K-8 developmental stages and speech/fluency interventions
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and general education teachers
• Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience with or openness to virtual service delivery methods is a plus

Principal Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and fluency therapy to a K-8 caseload within general education
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans to address students’ speech-language needs
• Deliver services primarily onsite, with openness to virtual models if needed
• Consult with teachers and staff to support student progress and integrate strategies in the classroom
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and communication with families
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
