Key qualifications:
- Active SLP-CCC or SLP license and credential for California schools
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in California school settings
- At least 1 year of hands-on SEIS documentation experience
- Previous supervision of SLPAs and experience working with facilitators is preferred
- Demonstrated skill in managing high caseloads and handling referrals efficiently
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency is a plus, but not mandatory
- Open to SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs); SLPAs will not be considered
- Comfortable working onsite only – remote/virtual options are not available
Role responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy to a diverse student population
- Supervise, mentor, and collaborate with SLPA support staff as needed
- Conduct thorough evaluations, develop IEPs, and maintain accurate documentation through SEIS
- Communicate frequently with educators, families, and related service providers to support student success
- Adapt interventions and strategies to match individual and group needs within a school environment
- Proactively manage a full-time caseload (37.5 hours per week) while adhering to best practice and compliance requirements
Competitive pay is offered at $65/hr for monolingual and $71/hr for bilingual Spanish speakers.
