Key Qualifications & Certifications:
- Current SLP license for Massachusetts (SLP MA) required

- Open to SLP-CFY candidates demonstrating strong clinical skills
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations ideal
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms highly desirable
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and deliver tailored speech and language therapy for K-12 students
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans in compliance with IEP goals
- Conduct both in-person and virtual therapy sessions based on student needs
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school professionals to maximize student outcomes
