Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active or eligible Georgia SLP license (CFY supervision available)
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or eligibility for CFY
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based SLP preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy or openness to blended service models is a plus
- SLPA candidates with school-based backgrounds are encouraged to apply
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Deliver direct, evidence-based therapy individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student progress
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation in accordance with district and state standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, assess progress, and adjust strategies as needed
