Your assignment runs from August 17 to November 27, 2026, covering a maternity leave and providing services for a caseload of 15–20 students, primarily between 5th and 8th grade (K–8 overall). Work approximately 32 hours per week (3–4 days preferred on site; virtual options are not available). New staff training details will be shared prior to your start date.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP-CCC certification (CFs considered)
• Previous experience in a K–12 setting preferred
• Eligible for Illinois licensure and school credentials
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to K–8 students, primarily grades 5–8
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and track progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to meet student needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
