Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification through BACB (national requirement)
- IDFPR Behavior Analyst Certification (state requirement)
- Experience supporting K-12 learners with ABA best practices
- PEL not required
- Willingness to travel within assigned region; open to full-time or part-time schedules
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative ABA services in a range of school settings
- Conduct functional assessments, develop and monitor behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
- Provide staff training and support to ensure fidelity of interventions
- Maintain clear documentation and comply with all regulatory reporting
