Location: Oakland, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | School Year Position

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic school team in Oakland, California. In this rewarding role, you'll help students overcome communication challenges, build confidence, and achieve success both inside and outside the classroom.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to determine students' needs and eligibility for services.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and district requirements.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations, modifications, and communication strategies.
Educate school staff and families on evidence-based interventions that support student growth.


Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply if eligible.
Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
