Speech Language Pathologist in Elk River, MN

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing speech-language pathology services to students in a supportive school environment. Working a consistent 37.5 hours per week, you’ll manage a caseload of 40–50 students and collaborate closely with a dedicated education team.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota SLP license required (please have documentation ready to submit)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfort with an onsite setting (virtual or hybrid options may be considered only if in-person cannot be filled)
• Ability to support diverse student needs and maintain detailed progress records

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging speech-language therapy to elementary and some secondary students
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Foster positive relationships, supporting student growth and confidence
