Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience within a school setting is preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students as specified by IEPs
  • Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to determine student needs
  • Develop measurable goals and interventions, track progress, and update documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Offer strategies and support to teachers and administrators for student success in the classroom
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all district, state, and federal guidelines
