Step into a dynamic school-based Speech-Language Pathologist contract role focused on supporting students’ communication and learning growth in a full-time position for the upcoming academic year. The ideal candidate brings a passion for service, a commitment to excellence, and at least two years of experience in California school settings.

What we’re seeking:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current CA licensure (SLP-CCC or eligible CF)
  • Minimum 2+ years of recent school-based SLP experience in California
  • At least 1 year of experience with SEIS documentation
  • Background in supervising SLPAs with facilitators is highly valued
  • Capable of efficiently handling high caseloads and responding to referral demands
  • Spanish-English bilingual abilities are a plus, though not required
  • Solid organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, supportive school environment
  • Onsite availability only; telepractice is not an option

Role responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population
  • Evaluate, screen, and document student progress following SEIS requirements
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and fellow specialists to develop and implement effective IEPs
  • Offer guidance and oversight for SLPA support staff as needed
  • Maintain accurate records, manage referrals, and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
