Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Belton, TX

Begin an exciting school-based opportunity to provide transformative speech-language services for secondary students. We're seeking a talented Speech-Language Pathologist with school experience, or a Clinical Fellow (CF) with an active Texas SLP License or SLP Intern License. You’ll manage a dynamic caseload of 50-60 students across three campuses, collaborating with educators and families to foster meaningful communication gains. This contract assignment spans from August 10, 2026, through May 26, 2026.

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License or SLP Intern License (for CFs)
• Clinical Competency Certificate (CCC) preferred, but open to strong Clinical Fellows
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings is highly valued
• Skilled in assessment, therapy, and IEP documentation
• Commitment to working with secondary-aged students

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students in secondary grades
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with families
• Support students at three campuses, tailoring strategies to diverse learning needs
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school guidelines
• Participate in school meetings, trainings, and professional development as required

This role offers full-time hours—37.5 per week, Monday through Friday—ensuring work/life balance while making a real impact on student success. Compensation for this contract is between $45 and $50 per hour, with weekly pay.
