We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Anderson, SC for the 2026–2027 school year. This opportunity offers a collaborative environment with an established and experienced team of speech professionals committed to supporting student success.

Join a district that values teamwork and clinical support, with 16 SLPs/Ts currently on staff and a dedicated Lead SLP available for guidance and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting
  • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Address communication disorders including articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications

  • Active South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • CCC-SLP preferred; qualified candidates with school-based experience are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of IEP development, evaluations, and special education services
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
