Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts (OT MA)
• Experience in school environments, home health OT, or as a COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant)
• Strong understanding of IEPs, therapy documentation, and treatment planning
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and students
• Commitment to fostering independence and functional skills in children and adolescents

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions to K-12 students, both within schools and in home settings as needed
• Work seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and other service providers to maximize progress
• Maintain detailed and timely records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and required documentation
• Adapt techniques and approaches as appropriate for each student’s needs, enriching their learning environment
