Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Essential Qualifications:
- Active license/certification in Nursing—ORT, or status as a Surgical Tech (Certified or Non-Certified)
- Experience supporting surgical teams in sterile and non-sterile fields
- Familiarity with pre-op, intra-op, and post-op procedures
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
- Commitment to patient safety and infection control protocols
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, maintain, and break down surgical sterile fields and equipment
- Assist surgeons and physicians during a variety of operations
- Monitor and document patient responses, reporting changes to appropriate team members
- Ensure all equipment is sterilized, functioning, and ready for use
- Collaborate seamlessly with perioperative and recovery personnel

$1,283 - $1,357/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
