Job Description

This full-time contract role allows you to focus your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), making a meaningful difference in students’ lives while enjoying a balanced four-day work week.
Qualifications:
- Active WA SLP License required
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations (PreK-12)
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and SLPA credentials all considered
- School-based or healthcare speech-language experience desirable
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver direct therapy services and monitor progress, adjusting strategies as necessary
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support student growth and learning
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as an integral team member
