This full-time contract role allows you to focus your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), making a meaningful difference in students’ lives while enjoying a balanced four-day work week.

Qualifications:

  • Active WA SLP License required
  • Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations (PreK-12)
  • SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and SLPA credentials all considered
  • School-based or healthcare speech-language experience desirable
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services and monitor progress, adjusting strategies as necessary
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support student growth and learning
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as an integral team member
