Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP licensure for Michigan (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in school settings or pediatric populations preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment to supporting student development

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-8 students as outlined in IEPs
• Assess, diagnose, and identify student needs related to speech, language, voice, and fluency
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and set appropriate goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Adapt lessons and interventions to suit a diverse range of learners
• Foster a positive and supportive learning atmosphere for all students
