Position Overview:

We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated School Social Worker to join an Early Childhood Learning Center in Kirksville, MO. This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners by supporting their social, emotional, and developmental needs from the very start of their educational journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide social-emotional support to early childhood students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student development
• Assist with behavioral interventions and early intervention strategies
• Participate in meetings and contribute to student support plans
• Connect families with community resources and services
• Help foster a positive and supportive learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Active or eligible state licensure
• Experience working with young children or in a school setting preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
