What we’re looking for:

• Valid Occupational Therapy licensure in Washington State
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy settings
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, students, and families
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively in a part-time structure
• Flexibility and creativity in adapting strategies for diverse student needs

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments to identify student needs and recommending appropriate interventions
• Delivering direct and consultative OT services to students aligned with their IEP goals
• Collaborating with school staff and families to support student participation and success in the classroom
• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing valuable input for student plans
• Promoting a positive, supportive therapy experience for every student

In this role, you’ll work just 4-6 hours per week—setting your own hours to best fit your lifestyle—all while earning a competitive hourly rate ranging from $50 to $60.
