Our organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team for the Evening or Night Shift in Cooperstown, NY.

Key Responsibilities:Oversee resident care by scheduling and delegating tasks to nursing staff.
Create a nurturing atmosphere by offering support to residents and their families.
Respond to inquiries and requests from residents and staff, providing necessary information.
Ensure a safe and hygienic workplace by adhering to established rules and regulations.
Safeguard resident confidentiality by monitoring the handling of sensitive information.
Manage the documentation related to resident care services.
Encourage collaboration among healthcare teams to foster a cooperative environment.
Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Preferred: At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care.
Should demonstrate strong leadership qualities and positivity as a Team Director.
Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing software is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
