Our organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team for the Evening or Night Shift in Cooperstown, NY.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee resident care by scheduling and delegating tasks to nursing staff.

  • Create a nurturing atmosphere by offering support to residents and their families.

  • Respond to inquiries and requests from residents and staff, providing necessary information.

  • Ensure a safe and hygienic workplace by adhering to established rules and regulations.

  • Safeguard resident confidentiality by monitoring the handling of sensitive information.

  • Manage the documentation related to resident care services.

  • Encourage collaboration among healthcare teams to foster a cooperative environment.

Qualifications:
  • Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.

  • Preferred: At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care.

  • Should demonstrate strong leadership qualities and positivity as a Team Director.

  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing software is essential.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

  • Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
