Qualifications and Experience:

• Active SLPA licensure, meeting state requirements
• Previous experience supporting speech and language goals in a K-12 educational setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working in a team setting
• Ability to implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals under supervision of a licensed SLP
• Organizational skills for managing caseload and documentation
• Reliability for consistent onsite presence during agreed-upon hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to students as outlined in IEPs, under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
• Assist in preparing therapy materials and activities, tracking student progress, and maintaining accurate records
• Support the SLP with data collection and progress reporting
• Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to ensure continuity of care
• Participate actively in meetings and training as needed
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all students
