Key Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and license
  • Experience implementing and overseeing behavioral programs in educational or similar settings
  • Ability to develop, monitor, and adjust Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) plans
  • Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
  • Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary school teams
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student data
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide training and guidance to school staff and families on ABA strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers and school personnel to integrate behavioral supports in classrooms
  • Document and maintain records following ethical and professional guidelines
  • Attend meetings and contribute to planning for student success
