Qualifications to Bring:

  • Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP) for North Carolina
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience in pediatric settings or school environments preferred
  • Strong knowledge of speech/language intervention techniques and IEP development
  • Effective communicator with students, caregivers, and school staff
  • Capable of managing a caseload of up to 50 students with varied needs

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess and evaluate students using standardized tools to identify communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
  • Deliver therapy services in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families for integrated care
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports as needed for compliance
  • Work with students ranging from mild to moderate needs across various grade levels
