This opportunity is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with experience in retail or long-term care (LTC) pharmacy settings. The role focuses on providing specialized pharmaceutical care within a long-term care specialty environment, utilizing the QS1 order entry system to ensure accurate and efficient processing of prescriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications and manage pharmaceutical care in an LTC environment
• Utilize QS1 software for order entry and prescription management
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication regimens
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Provide patient counseling and education as appropriate

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Wisconsin pharmacy license is required
• Experience in retail or LTC pharmacy settings
• Proficiency with QS1 order entry system

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Rotating weekend shifts
