Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Located near Ceres, CA, this role allows you to work across a range of grade levels, providing impactful services that empower students to reach their fullest communication potential.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting supporting K-12 students strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach to working with educators, families, and other specialists
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language screenings and comprehensive evaluations for K-12 students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to integrate strategies in classroom environments
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation for student records and IEP meetings
  • Engage and counsel families, providing progress updates and resources
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to support student outcomes
  • Adapt therapy to meet diverse needs and varying caseloads throughout the school year
