Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure, CCC required
  • Proven experience working in school-based or pediatric settings
  • Familiarity with IDEA, IEP processes, and caseload management
  • Comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including supervision of SLP-As
  • Outstanding communication, organization, and documentation abilities
  • Strong adaptability working onsite in a fast-paced educational setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload including 21 students as primary case manager and 76 students as a service provider, with assistance from an onsite SLP-A
  • Develop and implement effective therapy interventions, both individual and group, tailored to student needs
  • Participate in assessment, evaluation, and IEP meetings, contributing expertise in speech and language development
  • Coordinate with school personnel, teachers, and families to ensure comprehensive care and student progress
  • Handle required paperwork and reporting accurately and in a timely manner
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and case management oversight, helping supervise SLP-A activities as part of the service delivery model
