Desired Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification, in good standing
  • Previous experience in a school or educational setting preferred

  • Familiarity with functional behavior assessments and positive behavior support plans

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate behavior and guide interventions
  • Consult with educators, support staff, and families to ensure effective strategies are in place
  • Provide direct services to students, including modeling techniques and coaching staff
  • Track progress, collect data, and modify approaches as necessary for optimal outcomes
  • Deliver training to teachers and paraprofessionals on behavior management techniques
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on behavioral goals
