Pay: Hourly pay starts at $31 (Negotiable depending on years of experience)

Soliant Health is partnering with a supportive school district in Eastpoint, Florida, to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about helping students develop the communication skills they need to thrive both academically and socially.

Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 80 students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active or eligible Florida SLP license.
- Florida Department of Education certification (or ability to obtain if required).
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
